Because each Rainbow Notes magnet is custom-made just for you, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed and production has begun. These heartfelt pieces are personalized and created with care, making them one-of-a-kind.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your magnet arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

How much does shipping cost?

Where are your products manufactured?
While our materials come from trusted sources around the world, each Rainbow Note magnet is handmade in Alaska by an animal lover who understands the deep bond between you and your pet. Every piece is crafted with heart, care, and intention to honor your unique connection.
How do I use my Rainbow Magnet?
Your Rainbow Note magnet uses tap-to-view technology, which works a little differently depending on your phone.
iPhone Users: Gently tap the top edge of your phone (near the camera) directly against the magnet. Hold it there for a second or two. A link will appear at the top of your screen-just tap it to view your message. To see a new message later, simply close the previous link completely and tap your phone to the magnet again.
Android Users: Tap the center of your phone against the magnet and hold it there for a second or two. A link should pop up automatically. If nothing appears, you may need to enable NFC in your phone settings. To do this, go to Settings-->Connected Devices or Connection Preferences-->NFC and toggle it on. Steps may very slightly by device, but you'll find NFC in your connection settings. Once enabled, just tap your phone to the magnet at any time you'd like to receive a new message.
